Order Info

Will I receive updates about my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your junk folder before reaching out to us via the Contact Us page.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order?

Once production has begun on your order, we're unable to cancel it and the sale is considered final. If you need to cancel, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 2 hours of placing your order. If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, we ship all over the world! Most countries are available for automatic selection at checkout. If your country isn't listed, feel free to get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

How long will my order take?

For UK orders, delivery is typically within 5 working days of dispatch. For international orders, please allow 5–15 working days, depending on your location. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking emails; these can sometimes land in your junk folder. Please allow the full estimated timeframe before contacting us about a missing parcel.

What is your return policy?

If your product arrives faulty, please contact us via the Contact Us page and we'll be happy to help. Please note that returns cannot be accepted if the reason is due to a customer error. We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
