Why an A4 file box beats a folder

Folders bend, sag and end up in a drawer with their corners crumpled. An A4 file box keeps every sheet flat and protected, and it stands up to being stacked or slid onto a shelf. Because it is clear, you can tell which box holds the bank letters and which holds the exam notes without opening either. Two or three of them turn a paperwork pile into something you can actually find things in.

Common Questions

Will A4 paper lie flat inside? Yes. At 34.7 x 23.4cm it is sized for A4 sheets, which are 29.7 x 21cm, with a little room around the edges.

Slim or deep? The slim box is 3.5cm deep, for a stack of letters or a single project. The deep box is 6.5cm, for a full year of paperwork or a thick set of notes.

Is it for books too? It is built for loose paper rather than books or binders. For keeping notebooks and books upright on the desk, the clear book stand is the better fit.

What goes with it? The clear desk drawers handle the small bits that come with paperwork, and the rest of our desk organisers sort out the desk itself.
