Why a pink cat neon light photographs well

The wide dimming range is doing the work here. At 249 lm it gives a soft wash that a phone camera handles nicely in a dark room. At 2000 lm it is bright enough to light a vanity properly. Signs with a single fixed output tend to blow out completely in photos, which is why this one keeps turning up on bedroom and dressing table walls.

Common Questions

Does it get hot? No. LED neon strip, so no heat, no glass, no flicker.

Can I use it above a dressing table? Yes, and at the brighter end it is genuinely useful light rather than just decoration.

Does it come with fixings? Installation instructions are included and one person can set it up. It also stands freely on a shelf.

Will the pink fade? No. The colour holds rather than dulling over time.
