Using a cat neon light as an actual night light

Most neon signs are one brightness, which makes them useless next to a bed. This one steps down low enough to sleep beside, with no heat and no glass, which is why it ends up in kids rooms as often as it ends up above a desk. Peel the protective film off the acrylic before first use, otherwise it looks cloudy and people assume it arrived damaged.

Is it safe in a child's room? Yes. CE certified, no glass, no heat. Keep the cable tidy as you would with any lamp.

How dim does it go? Low enough to leave on all night without lighting the room.

Why does mine look cloudy? There is a protective film on the acrylic. Peel it off.
