Metal Mesh Desk Organiser | 7 Slots with a Drawer

A metal mesh desk organiser with seven compartments and a drawer underneath, which is the one to get if you are clearing a whole drawer rather than tidying a few pens. Black, blue, pink or green.

What you get

• Seven compartments of different sizes
• Pull out drawer underneath for the things you do not want on show
• Four colours: black, blue, pink and green
• Metal mesh throughout, powder coated
• Takes pens, scissors, sticky notes, a phone and a small notebook

The drawer is what makes this a desk tidy rather than a pot

Open compartments are for the things you reach for, which is maybe a third of what is on a desk. The rest is chargers, spare batteries, receipts and paper clips, and none of it looks good in a mesh basket. A closed drawer under the open sections is what lets one object handle both, and it is the reason this replaces a pen pot and a drawer insert together.

Common Questions

How big is the drawer? It runs the footprint of the unit and is shallow, so it is built for flat things: sticky notes, cables, a pack of staples, a phone.

Does it need assembling? It arrives built. The drawer slides out and back in, and there is nothing to screw together.

Will the mesh mark a wooden desk? It can on a bare or waxed surface, which is worth knowing if the desk is oiled wood. A desk mat underneath removes the question, and it is the thing most people put under one anyway.

Is the colour painted or anodised? Powder coated, so it is a matt even finish rather than a metallic sheen, and it does not chip easily.

Is there a smaller one? The black mesh caddy is the compact version with no drawer, and the rest are in Desk Organisers.
