This motion sensor night light is an ultra thin rechargeable bar that switches on when you move and off again 15 seconds after you stop. Unlike most sensor lights it gives you three light colours and smooth dimming, so it can be a soft glow at 3am or bright light in a wardrobe.

Why a dimmable sensor light beats a basic one

Most sensor lights come on at one brightness, which is exactly wrong at 3am when you just want to find the bathroom without waking up properly. This one remembers the setting you leave it on, so a landing light can be a dim warm glow and a wardrobe light can be full bright white. Night mode keeps it off in daylight, so the battery only works when it is actually dark.

Common Questions

Which length should I get? 20cm for a bedside or a small cupboard, 30cm to 40cm for a wardrobe or a landing, 50cm for a long shelf or under a kitchen cabinet.

White or black body? White disappears under pale cupboards and on light walls. Black suits dark wood and black kitchen units.

How long does a charge last? 8 hours or more of light. At 15 seconds a trip, that goes a very long way, and the low battery light tells you when to top it up over USB. For a light you never charge, the motion sensor COB strip runs on AAA batteries.

How does it go up? Peel and stick on any clean, smooth surface.
